One of the quickest ways of changing our focus is by changing our physiology…That’s right changing our physiology…One way of doing this is by actually having a dance which after a few moments actually energises our body like nothing else…

Today’s vlog post is going to be discussing another challenge we face as we grow our personal development…Is your glass Half Empty OR Half Full…???
The challenges with the olde saying of the glass being Half Empty or Half Full is that it can ultimately have an effect on our motivation…We all have situations in our life where those arounds us may be using negative language and acting in negative ways, although it is important for us to recognise that we have FULL control over what we allow into our minds…So sit back and take a few minutes to watch the video below to give you inspiration to challenge not only your thinking yet the thinking of those around you…

Well my friend what is the first thing you are going to about building & creating an abundance of wealth for yourself With A Real Millionaire Mind…?
When you consider the word Millionaire is it about having a million dollars/pounds/euros in the bank or is it about the perceived Lifestyle that a million dollars/pounds/euros would give you…???
